The BR Series is the gateway to BC Racing coilovers and the one most commonly fitted to cars. Each application is developed by testing the actual vehicle until reaching a point that is just as convincing for daily driving as it is when pushing hard on a track day. Inside, it features a 46 mm piston within a 53 mm body, more generous than usual for this range: with more oil, the temperature rises slowly and the damping retains its character for longer. It is adjusted via 30 levels that simultaneously affect compression and rebound.

The front features pillowball mounts, with camber adjustment depending on the application, and the rear features rubber mounts or no mount, depending on the application. The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 3 spring rate combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as standard for this car is 6/9 kg/mm.
Before you buy
The front pillowball mounts are a rigid connection without elastic elements, and on some chassis, they transmit a slight knocking sound to the cabin. This does not indicate a defect, and BC Racing does not cover it under warranty nor accept returns for this reason. Configurations with rubber mounts avoid this effect.
