The BR Series is BC Racing's best-selling coilover and the logical first step when moving away from stock suspension. Each kit is tuned to the specific vehicle it is manufactured for, seeking a balance that withstands daily use without falling short on a track day. It features a 46mm piston in a 53mm body, a combination that increases oil capacity and ensures the shock absorber takes longer to lose consistency. Adjustability is provided by 30 clicks that adjust compression and rebound simultaneously.

It uses an integrated rear configuration: the spring and shock absorber form a single assembly at the rear instead of being separate as in the stock setup, which allows the rear ride height to be adjusted directly on the shock absorber. Equipped with pillowball top mounts on both axles. The front axle supports camber and caster adjustment, a feature not available in all applications. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the adjustment from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 24 spring rate combinations available, including Cam/Cas, Extra Low, and Offset configurations. The default configuration BC Racing defines for this car is 6/5 kg/mm.
Before you buy
Before installation, the chassis must be reinforced in the area of the rear mounts. The integrated assembly introduces loads that the original setup distributed differently, and BC Racing conditions the validity of the kit on this work being completed. This is a task for a specialized workshop and should be included in your budget.
The front pillowball top mounts are a rigid attachment, without elastic elements, and on some chassis, they may transmit a slight knocking noise into the cabin. This does not indicate a defect, and BC Racing does not cover it under warranty nor accept returns for this reason. Configurations with rubber top mounts avoid this effect.
