BC Racing BR Series Rear Integrated BMW M3 G80 / M4 G82 Competition xDrive (21+)

Kit compatible with BMW M3 G80 and BMW M4 G82 Competition with xDrive all-wheel drive, from 2021 onwards, in an integrated rear setup: on the rear axle, the spring and shock absorber form a single unit rather than being mounted separately as in the stock equipment, allowing for rear ride height adjustment directly on the shock absorber. Monotube shock absorber with 30-way adjustable damping. RH configuration: aluminum pillowball top mounts with camber adjustment on the front axle and pillowball top mounts on the rear. Includes upper spring perch on bearings, independent height adjustment from preload, tapered lower locking collar that prevents the adjustment from loosening, dust covers to protect the seals, and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This is the coilover system with which BC Racing opens its catalog and the one installed on the most cars in Europe. The shock absorber features a 46mm piston and a 53mm body, a generous size that increases the oil capacity. Less heating means fewer viscosity changes, so the suspension responds the same at the beginning and end of a long journey or a track session.

For this vehicle, BC Racing recommends a default configuration of 6.5 kg/mm springs front and rear. This figure is derived from testing the specific car and fine-tuning the spring rate, height range, and damping curve as a whole, aiming for a setup that works for the majority of owners. It is the recommended starting point, not a limitation: you can choose other spring rates in the product options depending on your intended use.
