Description

What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts according to rod speed: high resistance during slow movements like braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less during sharp impacts against curbing and potholes. The result is a car that is firm in corners and remains stable when the road surface deteriorates. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Audi A3/S3 8V A3 SALOON (13-20) (54.5 mm) (INC S3). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference S-31-DS-DS.

The front axle supports camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the adjustment from shifting with use. Includes dust boots for seal protection and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Supplied with a single spring rate of 6/5 kg/mm.
