Description

The DS Series is built on the same base as the BR but swaps the valve for a digressive one, which leans it more towards track use. It is adjustable with 30 clicks that simultaneously affect compression and rebound, and the shock body comes in a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not dampen at the same rate at all speeds: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the chassis flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to move upward without transmitting the full impact.

The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the tapered lower collar prevents the setting from moving with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
