Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR, but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which gears it towards track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that simultaneously affect compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body comes in a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not dampen at all speeds equally: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens to allow the wheel to move upward without transmitting the full impact.

Complete kit for the four wheels of the Audi Q7 4L AWD (06-15). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference S-18-DS-DS.

The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the tapered lower collar prevents the setting from moving with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
