The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but swaps the valve for a digressive one, which gears it towards track use. It is adjusted via 30 clicks that simultaneously control both compression and rebound, and the shock body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not dampen at the same rate at all speeds: when the piston rod is moving slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is rapid, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up to allow the wheel to move upward without transmitting the full impact.

The front axle supports camber adjustment. The ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
