Description

What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes the way the shock absorber reacts to shaft speed: high resistance during slow movements like braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less resistance over sharp impacts like kerbs and potholes. The result is a car that is firm in corners without being unsettled when the road surface worsens. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the BMW 1 Series F20 RWD (11-19) (3-bolt top mount). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer part number I-37-DS-DA.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
