What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts based on piston rod speed: high resistance during slow movements in braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less during sharp impacts against curbs and bumps. The result is a car that is firm in corners and does not get unsettled when the asphalt worsens. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the conical bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
