The DS Series shares the same base as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body comes in satin chrome. A digressive valve does not dampen at all speeds in the same way: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the chassis flat; when the movement is rapid, such as when hitting a curb, it opens and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the full impact.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the conical lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 2 stiffness combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as the default for this car is 5.5/5 kg/mm.
