The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that simultaneously affect compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body comes in satin chrome. A digressive valve does not dampen at all speeds in the same way: when the shaft moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is rapid, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the entire impact.

The front axle allows for camber and caster adjustment, a feature not available in all applications. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 9 stiffness combinations available, including Extra Low configurations.
