What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts based on piston speed: high resistance during slow movements for braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less on sharp impacts against curbs and potholes. The result is a car that is firm in corners without losing composure when the pavement degrades. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 4 spring rate combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as the default for this car is 6/5 kg/mm.
