What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts based on piston speed: high resistance during slow movements like braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less during sharp impacts against curbing and bumps. The result is a car that is firm in corners but does not get unsettled when the asphalt worsens. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
