Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjustable with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping at all speeds: when the rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens to allow the wheel to rise without transmitting the entire impact.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Daihatsu COPEN L880K (02-13). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference ZF-04-DS-DA.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
