Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which gears it towards track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping force at all speeds: when the piston rod is moving slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the full impact.

The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes protective dust boots for the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
