Description

What defines the DS Series is its digressive piston. Based on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts depending on the shaft speed: high resistance during slow movements for braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less for sharp impacts against curbing and bumps. The result is a car that is firm in corners and does not get unsettled when the road surface deteriorates. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous damping adjustment.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Ford FOCUS MK1 (98-04). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference E-07-DS-DA.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

There are 4 spring rate combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as the default for this car is 7/6 kg/mm.
