Description

The DS Series shares the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, biasing it toward track use. It features 30-click adjustment that affects both compression and rebound simultaneously, and the shock body comes in satin chrome. A digressive valve does not dampen equally at all speeds: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to travel upward without transmitting the full impact.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Ford FOCUS MK4 ST (19+) (CCD/MULTI LINK). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference E-47-DS-DA.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
