Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted via 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping force at all speeds: when the rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up to let the wheel travel upward without transmitting the full impact.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Supplied with a single spring rate: 7/6.5 kg/mm.
