Description

What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts based on piston speed: high resistance during slow movements for braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less for sharp impacts against curbs and potholes. The result is a car that stays firm in corners and doesn't get unsettled when the road surface deteriorates. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Ford MONDEO CD391 (13-22). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer part number E-18-DS-DN.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Supplied with a single spring rate, 8/14 kg/mm.
