Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which tilts it towards track use. It is adjustable with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on both compression and rebound, and the shock body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping at all speeds: when the piston rod is moving slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to move upward without transmitting the full impact.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Holden COMMODORE VF (14-17). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer part number ZW-04-DS-DN.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
