What defines the DS Series is its digressive valve. Building on the BR architecture, it changes how the shock absorber reacts according to piston speed: high resistance during slow movements in braking, cornering, and acceleration, and significantly less on sharp impacts against curbs and potholes. The result is a car that remains firm in corners and does not lose its composure when the asphalt deteriorates. Finished in satin chrome with 30 clicks of simultaneous adjustment.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the adjustment from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
