Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which tilts it towards track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on both compression and rebound, and the shock body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping at all speeds: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the chassis flat; when the movement is rapid, such as when hitting a curb, it opens to let the wheel rise without transmitting the full impact.

Complete kit for the four wheels of the Honda ACURA UA1/UA3 TL (95-98). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference A-74-DS-DS.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Supplied with a single spring rate: 9/4 kg/mm.
