The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it toward track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock body comes in satin chrome. A digressive valve does not dampen equally at all speeds: when the rod is moving slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the full impact.

The front axle supports camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower collar prevents the setting from moving during use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
