Description

The DS Series shares the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted via 30 clicks that simultaneously affect compression and rebound, and the shock body comes in satin chrome. A digressive valve does not dampen at the same rate at all speeds: when the shaft is moving slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the chassis flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the entire impact.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Honda HR-V RV3/RV5 FWD (22+) (hybrid). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference A-150-DS-DN.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
