Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but swaps the valve for a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that act simultaneously on compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping force at all speeds: with the piston rod moving slowly, such as when braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens up and allows the wheel to rise without transmitting the entire impact.

The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the conical lower collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
