Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which leans it more toward track use. It is adjusted with 30 clicks that simultaneously affect compression and rebound, and the shock absorber body comes in a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping at all speeds: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the body flat; when the movement is fast, such as when hitting a curb, it opens to allow the wheel to move upward without transmitting the entire impact.

Complete kit for all four wheels of the Honda LEGEND KA9 FWD (96-03). Weighs 24 kg. Manufacturer reference A-62-DS-DS.

Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Supplied with a single spring rate, 10/4 kg/mm.
