Description

The DS Series is based on the same foundation as the BR but replaces the valve with a digressive one, which gears it towards track use. It is adjusted via 30 clicks that simultaneously control both compression and rebound, and the shock body features a satin chrome finish. A digressive valve does not provide the same damping force at all speeds: when the piston rod moves slowly, such as during braking or cornering, it offers high resistance and keeps the chassis flat; when movement is rapid, such as hitting a rumble strip, it opens to allow the wheel to travel upward without transmitting the full impact.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
