The ER Series adds an external reservoir and, above all, separates compression and rebound adjustment. It maintains the construction of the BR and DS series, with a monotube shock absorber and digressive piston, and adds 30 adjustable compression clicks from the reservoir plus another 30 for rebound from the top of the shock. That independence is especially beneficial when entering a corner: compression determines how the front end loads under braking, and rebound determines the rate at which it recovers when you release the pedal.

The front axle supports camber and caster adjustment, something not available in all applications. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
