The ER Series adds an external reservoir and, above all, separates the compression and rebound adjustments. It maintains the construction of the BR and DS series, with a monotube shock absorber and digressive piston, and adds 30 clicks of compression adjustable from the reservoir plus another 30 for rebound from the top of the shock. This independence is particularly advantageous when entering a corner: compression determines how the front end is loaded under braking, and rebound determines the rate at which it recovers when releasing the pedal.

It comes in an integrated rear configuration: at the back, the spring and shock absorber form a single unit instead of being separate as in the factory setup, which allows the rear ride height to be adjusted directly on the shock. Features in the front and in the rear. The front axle supports camber and caster adjustment, something not available in all applications. The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the tapered lower locking collar prevents the setting from moving with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Before you buy
Before installation, the chassis must be reinforced in the area of the rear mounts. The integrated assembly introduces loads that the original setup distributed differently, and BC Racing makes the validity of the kit conditional upon this work being performed. This is a job for a specialized shop and should be included in your budget.
