The ZR Series brings 3-way damping to a price point previously only reached by much more expensive competition suspensions. Each phase is adjusted independently: 20 clicks of low-speed compression, 12 high-speed, and 30 rebound. Ride height is also adjusted independently of piston travel and spring preload. Inside, a digressive piston and a dual-piston system are at work, with one housed in the shock absorber and the other in the reservoir.

Front mounts and rear mounts . The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered lower collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 3 spring rate combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as default for this car is 6/12 kg/mm.
Before you buy
The shock absorber is a cartridge housed inside a threaded body, and between both parts is a grease that prevents metal-to-metal contact. It must be cleaned and replenished periodically to avoid noise; this is simple maintenance that does not require opening or re-pressurizing the shock absorber. For this reason, BC Racing gears this series towards the track and recommends the BR, DS, ER, or ZX for a daily-driven car.
