The ZR Series brings 3-way damping to a price point previously only reached by much more expensive competition suspensions. Each phase is adjusted independently: 20 clicks of low-speed compression, 12 of high-speed, and 30 of rebound. Ride height is also adjusted independently of piston travel and spring preload. Inside, a digressive piston and a dual-piston system operate, with one housed in the shock absorber and the other in the reservoir.

The front axle allows for camber adjustment. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the conical lower collar prevents the setting from shifting during use. Includes dust covers to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Before you buy
The shock absorber is a cartridge housed inside a threaded body, with grease applied between the two parts to prevent metal-on-metal contact. It must be cleaned and replenished periodically to prevent noise; this is simple maintenance that does not require opening or repressurizing the shock. For this reason, BC Racing positions this series for track use and recommends BR, DS, ER, or ZX for a daily-driven car.
