Thermal blanket for T5 / T6 size turbos. It is placed directly over the turbo exhaust housing to insulate it from the rest of the engine bay.
With the turbo insulated, the temperature of the engine bay and intake air decreases. In addition, heat is kept inside the exhaust housing, which helps turbo performance. The carbon fiber version withstands higher temperatures than the conventional fiberglass one.
