TIG welded, resulting in very strong and flexible welds.
Perfectly fitted and flattened after welding to ensure a uniform flange plane.

Wall thickness: 1.25 mm
Flange thickness: 12 mm.
Annealed after the welding process to reduce stress in the material; it will not crack as is the case with cast iron manifolds.
