CTS Turbo atmospheric blow-off valve kit for the VW 1.4 TSI Twincharger. It is atmospheric: when you lift off the throttle, it vents air to the atmosphere instead of recirculating it into the intake, producing the characteristic blow-off sound.
It is machined from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish and features a piston design, so it can be disassembled and maintained. It replaces the original plastic valve, which often fails due to diaphragm rupture, cracks, or electrical faults. It is compatible with the stock electronics, does not trigger a check engine light, and connects without needing to extend wires. Furthermore, it is slightly shorter than the original, so it fits well in tight engine bays.
