CTS Turbo intake manifold with port injection preparation for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 and the first and second generation 2.0 TSI EA888 for big turbo and high-horsepower setups. It is a great base for installing a custom auxiliary injection system.
Includes a CNC-machined fuel rail with -6AN threaded inlets and outlets, ready for compact EV1 or EV14 injectors with standard tips (33.60 mm O-ring to O-ring). It is cast from aluminum to withstand much higher pressure than the factory plastic manifold. The plenum is significantly larger (approx. 40% more volume) and is designed to distribute air evenly across all four cylinders, featuring integrated velocity stacks in every runner. It maintains the factory throttle body position, without adapters, along with original accessory and bracket mounting points, and deletes the stock intake flaps. It features 1/4" and 1/8" NPT ports for vacuum or boost. With proper tuning, the turbo spools faster and the engine gains power.
Before purchasing, please note: it is not compatible with the stock PCV system, so an oil catch can is required; it requires specific manifold tuning; and the fuel line bracket must be slightly modified. It is not suitable for Audi A4 and A5 B8.5 models with a fifth injector and stock aluminum manifold (CPMA engine) or Gen3 TSI engines found in the 2013.5+ Golf/Jetta Mk6 (CPLA and CPPA engines).
If you need to replace the seals, the replacement O-ring set is available.
