Description

CTS Turbo front mount intercooler kit for the Audi A4 B5 with 1.8T engine (1996 to 2001). Greatly improves cooling compared to the stock intercooler.

Features a high-density core with cast aluminum end tanks, rated by the manufacturer for 450 hp. The piping is black-painted steel with beaded ends to prevent hose slippage, including 4-ply silicone hoses and T-bolt clamps.

Includes a flange for the MAP sensor; if your car does not have one, this port must be plugged. The secondary air pump must be removed or relocated, and the silicone hoses require some trimming for fitment. Compatible only with the stock turbo (K03 or K04). The original bumper grilles can be retained with minimal trimming.
