CTS Turbo direct-fit intercooler for Audi B9 A4, A5, S4, and S5 with 1.8, 2.0, and 3.0 TFSI engines. The stock unit falls short once boost pressure is increased, and this one features a bar-and-plate core nearly twice the size (553 × 64 × 406 mm), with internal fins that guide airflow and reduce pressure drop. The cast aluminum end tanks connect to the factory hoses without leaks.
It uses the stock mounting points, requires no trimming, and is pressure-tested to 3.4 bar (50 psi). According to CTS, it supports over 600 hp, making it suitable for everything from a stock car to one with a big turbo upgrade.
