CTS Turbo BOSS500 turbo kit for the 2.0 TFSI EA113. BOSS stands for Bolt-On Speed Solution: a large turbo that mounts in the stock location, without the need for custom fabrication. This is the entry-level version of the BOSS range for this engine, designed for those looking for a larger than stock turbo with good response.
The exhaust housing features a proprietary CTS design, cast and machined in-house with a 0.63 A/R ratio for quick turbo spool. It is compatible with any downpipe, the original turbo outlet pipe or the CTS version, and the original, CTS, or aftermarket billet aluminum diverter valve. Includes silicone hoses and oil and water lines. Must be used with the CTS Turbo intake. Not compatible with right-hand drive vehicles.
Compatible with Golf GTI and Jetta Mk5, Golf R Mk6, and Audi A3 and S3 8P with the timing belt 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine. To complete your installation, we offer replacement inlet and outlet silicone couplers and the turbo outlet pipe for BOSS kits.
Installation and software. This is a serious modification: installation must be performed by a shop experienced in tuning, and the vehicle requires custom software specifically for this turbo. CTS turbos carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
