CTS Turbo BOSS600 turbo kit for the 2.0 TFSI EA113. BOSS stands for Bolt-On Speed Solution: a large turbo that mounts in the stock position, without the need for custom fabrication. It features a dual ball-bearing CTS 54/71 core with a billet compressor wheel and, according to the manufacturer, produces between 500 and 600 hp depending on fuel and engine setup.
The exhaust housing is of CTS’s own design, cast and machined in their factory with an A/R ratio of 0.63 for quick turbo response. It is compatible with any downpipe, the original turbo outlet pipe or the CTS one, and the original blow-off valve, the CTS one, or other billet aluminum alternatives. It includes silicone hoses and oil and water lines. The intake must be the CTS Turbo one. Not compatible with right-hand drive cars.
Compatible with Golf GTI and Jetta Mk5, Golf R Mk6, and Audi A3 and S3 8P with the 2.0 TFSI EA113 timing belt engine. To complete the installation, you can find spare inlet and outlet couplers as well as the turbo outlet pipe for BOSS kits.
Installation and software. This is a serious modification: installation should be performed by a workshop with tuning experience and the car requires specific ECU software for this turbo. CTS turbos come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
