CTS Turbo intake manifold for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 (timing belt) and the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 1 and Gen 2 (timing chain). It is manufactured from cast aluminum to withstand much higher pressure than the factory plastic manifold. The plenum is significantly larger (approximately 40% more volume) and is designed to distribute air equally across all four cylinders, with integrated velocity stacks in all runners. It maintains the original throttle body position without the need for adapters, retains factory mounting points for accessories and brackets, and eliminates the stock intake runner flaps. It includes 1/4" and 1/8" NPT ports for vacuum or boost. With proper tuning, the turbo spools faster and the engine gains power.
Includes 1/8" NPT ports for water-meth injection; CTS notes that 25mm Aquamist injectors with check valves work well (with long tips on Mk6 TSI).
Before purchasing, please note: it is not compatible with the factory PCV system, so a catch can is required; it requires specific manifold tuning; and the fuel line bracket must be slightly modified. It does not fit Audi A4 and A5 B8.5 models with a fifth injector and factory aluminum manifold (CPMA engine), nor does it fit Gen 3 TSI Golf/Jetta Mk6 models from 2013.5 onwards (CPLA and CPPA engines).
If you need to replace the gaskets, the replacement O-ring set is available.
