CTS Turbo torque arm insert (lower engine mount) for MQB vehicles manufactured up to September 27, 2015 and the Golf R Mk8 from 2022 onwards. It reduces engine movement during gear shifts and acceleration, eliminates drivetrain slack, and adds no vibration, even at idle or when starting. It is machined by CTS from black anodized 6061 aluminum. It is installed using basic tools: loosen the original torque arm bolt, insert the part, and tighten the bolt to 100 Nm.
Fits Golf, GTI, and Golf R Mk7, Audi A3 and S3 8V, and Audi TT and TTS Mk3 manufactured up to that date, as well as the Golf R Mk8. If your car is newer, you need the type 2. Please check the manufacturing date before ordering.
