CTS Turbo part that replaces the factory turbo outlet muffler, a restriction designed to reduce turbo harmonic noise that slows down airflow. Without it, air exits unobstructed, resulting in better turbo response.
It is a one-piece 6061 aluminum design, CAD-engineered and machined in Canada by CTS. It includes a large Viton O-ring (the original can also be used) and installs in about 30 minutes with basic tools.
Fits 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines with IHI turbos: Audi A3, S1, S3, TT and TTS from 2015, SQ2, A4, A5, and Allroad 1.8/2.0 (2010 to 2019), A6 and A7 2.0, and MQB Gen3 models such as Golf 7 GTI and R, Leon Cupra, and Octavia RS. Does not fit Garrett or Continental turbos.
