Complete SPORT suspension bushing kit BMW E36 (036105A)

Complete kit to renew all E36 silentblocks at once, replacing the original rubber with 90 ShA polyurethane. The factory rubber was designed to filter noise and vibration, and in exchange, it allows the control arms to deflect under load. Polyurethane reduces this movement, so suspension geometry stays where it should during braking and cornering. In return, slightly more noise and vibration are transmitted to the cabin, which is the well-known price of this upgrade.

Installing the entire set avoids the typical problem of partial renewals, which consists of leaving old bushings working alongside new ones, resulting in a suspension that responds unevenly. In a thirty-year-old car, furthermore, the original rubber is already hardened and cracked, even if it looks fine at first glance.

The kit covers the front axle, rear axle, anti-roll bars, rear subframe, and differential mounts. Each silentblock is supplied with specific grease for assembly.

• 2 rear lower control arm bushings (60 mm), choice of centered (031195A), offset (031369A), E46 centered control arm (031737A), or E46 offset control arm (031738A)

Before ordering

There are four variants of the rear front control arm bushing, depending on whether it is centered or offset, and whether you are using E36 or E46 control arms. The offset version allows for caster and camber correction; the centered version maintains factory geometry.

Bushing 031525A is only compatible with the link anchored to the control arm. It does not fit the link connecting the anti-roll bar to the shock absorber, nor is it suitable for E36 M3 or Z3 M.

For the front differential mount, the M3 EVO 3.2 mounts the differential on a separate bracket and requires the 031736A. Other E36 models use the 031750A. Diagram S0306 clarifies the difference.

Bushing 031175A is always supplied in a quantity of 4 units. There is no option for 2. Please note that it is not suitable for the upper knuckle anchor in significantly lowered cars with modified knuckle angles.
