IRP hydraulic handbrake No. 8, pull-back action and conventional mounting, with the master cylinder at the rear, for drift and competition. If your car is better suited to a master cylinder at the front, No. 7 is the same brake in an inverted mount version.
It combines a powder-coated steel base with a CNC-machined anodized aluminum lever covered in carbon fiber, making it durable, lightweight, and precise. It features a 0.625" Wilwood master cylinder, which provides smooth and consistent rear braking.
Its key distinctive feature is the adjustable lever stop, which eliminates play, ensures a firm feel, and prevents the master cylinder from over-traveling.
There is no need to modify anything beyond connecting it to the rear brake circuit, although it is advisable to have it installed by someone with experience in brakes and for them to bleed it thoroughly.
