90SH polyurethane bushings for the BMW E8x E9x rear subframe (except M). These replace the original rubber bushings.

Their hardness reduces subframe movement, so the rear suspension gains precision and stability, but without being as stiff as aluminum ones. They are a good option for a car that is also used daily.
