Full exhaust system for BMW E46 – 6-cylinder (2000–2006)
This full exhaust system is designed to be compatible with all BMW E46 gasoline M54 6-cylinder engine models manufactured between 2000 and 2006:
320i, 325i, and 330i.
It replaces all exhaust components located after the manifold (mid-section + rear silencer).
Improved performance and sound
Being a free-flow system, it offers an excellent solution for increasing power and torque, in addition to providing a distinct but contained sporty sound, thanks to its new-generation muffler.
This has been developed to generate less noise than similar systems and comply with circuit noise regulations, without compromising character.

It can also be installed on vehicles with an M52 engine (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i from 1998 to 2000), provided they are equipped with an M54 manifold.
Important:
The difference between M52 and M54 engines is the orientation of the flanges between the exhaust manifold outlet and the beginning of the system.
In M52s, the flanges are oriented northwest/southeast
In M54s, the orientation is southwest/northeast
(viewed from under the car, from back to front – see photos)
This system uses the M54-style orientation to ensure greater compatibility.
Since many vehicles of this generation have been modified over their service life, we recommend visually verifying the orientation of the flanges on your vehicle before ordering, especially if you are not sure about the history of modifications.
