Description

Thermostatic oil sandwich plate that mounts between the block and the filter to install an oil cooler. The thermostat limits oil flow through the cooler when cold, allowing the engine to reach operating temperature faster. It opens at 75 °C, allowing oil to circulate freely and maintaining a stable temperature.

Includes 3/4"-16 and M20x1.5 block adapters, compatible with many engines, such as those in the BMW E30, Mazda MX-5, RX-7 and RX-8, Toyota 4A-GE, 1JZ, 2JZ-GTE and 3S-GTE, or Nissan CA18DET, SR20DET, RB20DET, RB25DET and RB26DETT.
