The IRP No. 1 hydraulic handbrake can be mounted in two ways. It comes set up to pull upwards, and by flipping the lever, it switches to pull-back operation, so you can choose the position that best suits your seat and driving style.
It features a powder-coated steel base and a CNC-machined anodized aluminum lever. The master cylinder is a 0.625" Wilwood, with the fluid outlet in the center and an additional port at the end for connecting a fluid reservoir. If you prefer a carbon fiber lever, the No. 1 Carbon version is available.
Installation requires integrating it into the rear hydraulic circuit and bleeding it correctly; no further adjustments are needed, but an improper bleed will leave the lever feeling spongy.
