The IRP short shifter for the Nissan 370Z/Z34/Z/RZ34 significantly shortens the gear lever travel, so each gear engages sooner with a crisper, more precise feel.
The body is CNC-machined and anodized aluminum, with stainless steel hardware. It connects to the original linkage, so the shift pattern remains the same as stock. The gear stops are adjustable via screws, preventing errors such as missing a gear during a quick downshift.
In the V3 version, reverse gear is unlocked using the button integrated into the lever itself, and the lever is taller than the stock one, so your hand travels a shorter distance from the steering wheel.
Competition use. It transmits more gearbox noise than the original shifter, and for the best possible feel, it is advisable to have the engine and transmission mounts in good condition, or replace them with firmer ones.
