Description

With this IRP short shifter for the Porsche Boxster / Cayman 987 with a 6-speed gearbox, the lever travel between gears is significantly reduced, making shifts faster and more precise.

It is CNC-machined from aluminum with stainless steel components, and it retains the original H-pattern and gearbox linkage. It features adjustable screw stops that prevent you from selecting the wrong gear, such as accidentally shifting into the wrong gear when downshifting.

Competition part. It is normal for the transmission to be louder than with the stock shifter. With firm engine and gearbox mounts, or at least ones in good condition, the feel is greatly improved.
